REGISTRATION: Everyone attending the SEB-ESA meetings or participating in the Associates’ program must register. On-Site Registration fees include a luncheon ticket and are: Active Members - $100; Student Members - $20; Guests - $30; Non-members - $110; Associates’ Program - $30 (includes banquet and mixer). One day registration - $30. Honorary Members, Emeritus Members, and Non-Members giving invitational papers must register, but will not pay registration fees (luncheon ticket - $20). The Registration Table is located in the Foyer and will be open on Sunday (3:00 – 7:00 PM), Monday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Tuesday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and Wednesday (7:00 AM– 12:00 PM). Pre-registration fees are lower with a cut-off day of February 15, 2002.
Exhibitors’ Information: Student entomological organizations will have space available at no charge in the Palisades Room or second floor Foyer. Other exhibitor displays and/or booths will need to pay $20.00 per table per day. Space is limited and preference will be given to student organizations over private or commercial organizations and then to those who have contacted the Local Arrangements or Program Chair in advance of the meeting.
ESA CERTIFICATION BOARD INFORMATION DESK: Information on the Certification Board of the Entomological Society of America will be offered in the Foyer during registration periods (see above). Please contact the Certification Board Manager at the National Office to make arrangements to take the Certification Board Exam at the meeting.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE: Sessions must adhere to the printed schedule. It is the moderator’s responsibility to keep speakers on schedule. If a scheduled presentation is not given, the moderator should ensure the next speaker does not begin until his/her scheduled time. Timing devices will be provided.
Mobile Telephones/Pagers: For consideration to speakers and listeners, please turn off mobile telephones and pagers while in the meeting rooms.
